Historic castles and battle grounds are dotted all over Scotland.
Our history is rich and varied, bloody battles happened constantly between pugnacious neighbouring clans, and of course between Scotland and England.
Owner and Director Ted comes from a long line of Border Reivers, hence the name "Reiver Travel".
The Reivers were a group of bloody-minded clans in the Scottish Borders who regularly raided the northern English territories for their cattle and gold!
Many of these castles lie in ruin, but with a little imagination, and watching Outlander before arriving in Scotland (!), they can be brought to life.
